What we collect
Business contacts, operating context, workflow requirements, system-access metadata, example files, security requirements, test evidence, comments, and approval records needed to deliver the engagement.

What we do not collect here
Do not enter passwords, API keys, access tokens, one-time codes, authenticator seeds, backup codes, payment-card data, or unrelated personal data. Supported credentials are authorized through a dedicated connection flow.

How records are used
Records are used to scope, build, verify, support, and document the AI employee and to maintain a defensible history of requirements and acceptance decisions. Access is limited to invited client participants, assigned PSV staff, and contracted infrastructure providers.

Access, correction, and deletion
Engagement owners may request an export, correction, access removal, or deletion through their PSV engagement lead. Retention and deletion timing follow the applicable agreement and any legal or security obligations.
